In a recent interview with Cloud Wars Founder Bob Evans and Acceleration Economy Editor-in-Chief Tom Smith, Charles Lamanna, Corporate Vice President, Business Apps and Platform, Microsoft, offers three examples of how Microsoft Copilots enable productivity and reduce business complexity.

Highlights

00:03 — An immediate use of Microsoft Copilots is to reduce repetitive tasks, including data entry, searching for knowledge management, or crafting meeting notes. Copilots help to “automate kind of the operational burden and tax that we all deal with when we use a system like a CRM or ERP.”

00:54 — Another use of Microsoft Copilots is for onboarding and knowledge management for teams. Copilots have proven to be able to search for information within the right context and provide that to teams and end-users.

01:56 — Lamanna explains another use case for Copilots: brainstorming and creativity. “AI is a really good way for users to quickly go through a few different ideas and see what works and what doesn’t.”
