As AI agents continue to multiply across enterprises, unchecked and inconsistent governance/access controls can turn promising projects into security and operational chaos. Implementing a coherent governance and access‑control framework restores trust, enables safe scale, and converts isolated experiments into traceable, enterprise‑grade services that deliver measurable business impact. Across eight focused sessions, this masterclass will walk attendees through governance playbooks, access/control guardrails, and executive metrics needed to scale autonomous agents securely.

Wednesday, March 18

Session 1: Enterprise‑Grade Agents: Governance, Security & Lifecycle in Copilot Studio

  • Time: 1:40 – 2:10

Embrace innovation while still enforcing the controls that protect your business through the power of Copilot Studio. Learn how Copilot Studio turns AI experiments into governed, services that produce measurable value. Walk away with the knowledge to implement enterprise controls, operationalize agent lifecycle, and design agents with scale and interoperability in mind.

Session 2: Secure and Govern Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents

  • Time: 2:20 – 2:50

As AI adoption accelerates, security and compliance teams need assurance that Copilot will not expose sensitive data or break policy. Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents inherit existing permissions, honor sensitivity labels, and operate inside the Microsoft 365 service boundary so governance, privacy, and compliance controls remain effective. Learn the practical steps for a secure setup, day‑2 operations, and measuring productivity impact.

Session 3: Agent 365: The Operating System for AI Workforce Management

  • Time: 3:00 – 3:30

Manage your AI agent fleet with enterprise controls that prevent sprawl and protect your business. Learn how visibility, policy enforcement, and identity controls keep agents predictable and compliant. Leave equipped with the knowledge to build a governance layer that can balance innovation with security and compliance.

Session 4: The Agent PMO – Governance Without Gridlock

  • Time: 3:45 – 4:15

When anyone with a laptop can build AI agents, unchecked AI becomes a strategic risk for enterprise security. Learn how to establish a lightweight Agent PMO now to assign clear ownership, enforce essential controls, and ensure innovation drives value—not risk. Leave with ready‑to‑deploy templates, a lightweight operating model, and the executive metrics needed to govern agents confidently at scale.

Thursday, March 19

Session 1: AI as Threat Research Partner: Proactively Discovering Unseen Detection Opportunities

  • Time: 1:40 – 2:10

Transition AI security systems from automated alert generators to discovery partners that catch threats before they start. Learn how AI research partners analyze process execution and reconstruct lineage to identify gaps in detection logic and recommend targeted fixes for anomalous command‑line behavior. Walk away withinsights to transform detection engineering into a continuous human-AI collaboration

Session 2: From “Secure by Default” to “Secure by Design”: Governing Unstructured Data for Copilots & AI

  • Time: 2:20 – 2:50

When AI gains access to unstructured data, allow governance to become your strategic firewall to fall back on. Learn how to apply records‑management and governance to AI training and RAG pipelines. Leave with the knowledge of architecture and metadata strategies that ensure AI only has access to only the information it needs.

Session 3: From Trust to Governance: AI Security Frameworks for Copilot Adoption

  • Time: 3:00 – 3:30

Many organizations use Copilot to scale AI yet have not implemented the necessary guardrails to protect sensitive data. Instead, learn to utilize Microsoft Purview, Entra, and Fabric to secure AI workflows. Leave with practical playbook for AI Impact Assessments and governance integration.

Session 4: A Guide to Security Roles in AI Transformation (Implementation)

  • Time: 3:45 – 4:15

When agents can act across systems, poorly structured ERP roles turn convenience into systemic risk. Avoid this danger by learning how to manage roles and access across AI systems. Leave with effective strategies for securely configuring AI integrations & strategies to reduce data sprawl and overexposure across agents.
